The d'ART Center offers classes during the school year in such areas as Paint & Mixed Media and Painting, Drawing & Sculpture - exploring art fundamentals in color, form, design and shape.

Mommy & Me, Ages 2-5

Lisa Melita, Instructor
Research shows that the skills developed through early arts education offers lifelong benefits including creative problem solving, focus, risk taking, and self-discipline. The d’ART Center’s Mommy & Me will get your youngster off to a colorful start. This class helps children explore color, texture and more while experimenting with new and innovative materials. Mommies will also learn what they can do to help nurture creativity in their little ones. (Daddy’s & Caregivers welcome to enroll)
6 Sessions: Wed. March 26- April 30~ 10:30 - 11:30 AM
Tuition: $65 Materials: $7 Member discount applies

MIXED MEDIA Ages 6-10

This class is structured to encourage imagination and self-expression through the experience of several mediums. Students will be inspired to use their mind’s eye as they develop skills in the use of color, form, design and shape.
8 Sessions: Saturdays April 5 - May24 ~ 9:30-11:30 AM
Tuition: $125 Materials: $10 Member discount applies
 

YOUNG POTTERS Ages 9-14

Prepare to be challenged - in a good way! Throwing on the potter's wheel and hand building will be introduced as students learn basic techniques of the medium. Functional and non Functional projects will be completed using surface designs and glazes as a students are encouragerd to develop confidence and individual expression. 
8 Sessions: Saturdays, April 5 - May 24 ~ 1-3 PM
Tuition: $125 Materials: $10    Member discount applies
